Dear Mark,
Accept my congratulations and gratitude for this excellent and most helpful website of yours. As to the Swedish wedding, I believe them to mean that the fake sailor’s beard which the groom had to wear so proudly was made of the pubic (not public!) hair shaved off and collected from his friends’ “family jewels” (genitals)? It was incredible fun, really!
